Welcome to Come Rent! Our goal is to gather Turkey's most reliable car rental companies under one roof and offer you the richest choice of vehicles at the most competitive prices. Come Rent, as a car rental platform, acts as a bridge between you and the suppliers we have contracted with.

The conditions on this page provide a general framework for the rentals you will make through our platform. Please note; Your final rental agreement will be provided by the supplier from whom you will pick up the car, and their own specific conditions will apply. We kindly ask you to carefully review the special conditions of the supplier you have chosen during your reservation and in the voucher sent to you.

General Booking and Rental Process

Vehicle Selection: By searching for the locations and dates you want on our platform, you can compare the vehicles and prices offered by different suppliers.
Reservation: You create your reservation request by filling in the necessary information for the vehicle you have chosen.
Confirmation and Voucher: After your reservation, you will receive a confirmation slip by e-mail containing the details of your rental, supplier information and special conditions.
Vehicle Delivery: You go to the supplier office indicated on your rental receipt, present the necessary documents (driver's license, ID, credit card) and sign your rental agreement and pick up your vehicle.

What You Need to Know About Rental Conditions

The following items include the standards generally applied by the suppliers. Please note that these conditions may vary depending on the vehicle and supplier you choose.

1. Driver's Age and License Duration

For economy and medium group vehicles: Usually at least 21 years old and the minimum 1 year A driver's license is required.
For top and luxury group vehicles: Age Limit To 25 or 27, while the duration of the driver's license To 2 or 3 years can come out.
Some suppliers may charge a "Young Driver Fee" for drivers within a certain age range.
Clear conditions are stated in the car details and on your rental voucher at the time of booking.

2. Deposit (Financial Assurance - Provision)

At the beginning of the rental, from a credit card belonging to the main driver who rented the vehicle, an amount varying according to the group of the rented vehicle Deposit Blocks (provision) is applied.
This amount is usually returned to your account by your bank within 1-15 business days when the vehicle is delivered without any problems at the end of the rental.
Cash deposits or credit cards belonging to someone else are not accepted.

3. Insurance Coverage and Additional Assurances

Most rentals made through our platform are legally mandatory. Traffic Insurance and basic Damage Indemnification (CDW) It is included in the price.
However, Damage Indemnity is usually based on a specific Exemption fee Contains. In the event of an accident, damages up to this price are the responsibility of the tenant.

4. Fuel Policy

General Application "Take at the same level, leave at the same level" is in the form. Whatever level of vehicle fuel is, the vehicle is marked on the delivery form and you are expected to return it in the same way.
For vehicles returned with missing fuel, a "service fee" may be charged in addition to the missing fuel cost.

5. Mileage Limit

Most rentals include one kilometer per day or for the total rental period. In case of excess mileage, a fee is charged per unit determined by the supplier.
The mileage limit information is clearly stated in the booking steps and on your confirmation slip.

6. Additional Driver

Persons who will drive the vehicle other than the main driver must also be added to the rental agreement as an "additional driver" and present their own driver's license.
The additional driver service usually comes at an additional cost, and the age and license requirements that apply to the main driver also apply to the additional driver.

7. Cancellation and Modification

Booking cancellation and modification policies may differ depending on the supplier you choose and the service package you purchase. Please read these conditions carefully at the time of booking.
